ELUCIDATED BELOW ARE THE SAID TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SINGULARITY.MNL. KINDLY READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING THAT WAS STATED BELOW. FAILURE TO COMPLY HAS A CORRESPONDING CONSEQUENCE! SO MAKE SURE YOU READ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. THANK YOU!
RIGHTS OF SINGULARITY.MNL
★ Please fill out the order form ONLY IF YOU ARE 101% SURE!
★ We have the right to post you as a bogus buyer/joy reserver if you fail to settle the cancellation fee.
★ The admins of Singularity.Mnl have the right to cancel your order/s if you are a presumptuous client and if we find out that
you have a history of being a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
CUSTOMER POLICY
★ Singularity.Mnl shall not be held liable for any incorrect details given by the client.
★ Products that will be sold by Singularity.Mnl are on-hand products. This will be done through form basis unless stated
otherwise.
★ We do not allow cancellation once you have submitted the order form. Once you have said “MINE” for a product and the
admin has secured it to you, you can no longer cancel or else you will be considered as a joy reserver. Once you cancel
your order you have two options: Option #1, pay for the cancellation fee and we won’t post you as a bogus buyer/joy
reserver but you will be blacklisted from our shop. Option #2 You won’t pay for the cancellation fee but the admins of
Singularity.Mnl will post you as a bogus buyer and you’ll be blacklisted from our shop. Posting as a bogus buyer includes
the following details: Your real name, username and product purchased.
➢ Cancellation fee: ₱100 + 75% of your total bill
PAYMENT POLICY
★ Singularity.Mnl requires FULL PAYMENT.
★ Down Payments or such is not accepted. With this being said we will give enough time in order for you to pay (Long
DOP). If a client sends us a partial payment, this shall be forfeited and no refund will be given. Like what we have stated
above, we only accept FULL PAYMENT.
★ Failure to pay on the given due date will result in a penalty of ₱50 per day including weekends and holidays. Any excuse
will not be accepted! Take note, we will not ship out your parcel if you do not pay for the late payment fee.
★ Kindly pay for the exact fee. Refund shall not take place in case the client sends an amount that is greater than their total
fee.
★If the customer sends us a payment through GCASH MONEY CLIP, payment will be invalidated. DO NOT SEND GCASH MONEY CLIP!
★ NO PAYMENT FORM = NO PAYMENT! Make sure to answer the payment form after paying in order to validate your
payment. Failure to do so will lead to invalidation of payment.
COURIER POLICY
★ All products shipped out by Singularity.Mnl are sealed and in 101% condition. With this, we are not liable for any damage
caused by the courier. Once we turn over your parcel to the courier we are no longer liable for anything.
★ Client shall pay for the local shipping fee together with the total amount of the products they ordered.
★ In case damage takes place kindly file a report directly to the couriers company.
★ Singularity.Mnl is not liable for any delays caused by the courier.
★ If a courier fails to deliver the parcel, the client is required to pay for another delivery fee.
★ Singularity.Mnl shall not be held liable for any issue caused by the courier.
REFUND POLICY
★ All products shipped out by Singularity.Mnl are sealed and in 101% condition unless stated otherwise.
★ Singularity.Mnl shall not be held liable for any manufacturing or production defect caused by the management (example:
missing inclusions/damage inside the product) .
★ Refund shall only be done if the product you ordered is out of stock. Refund will only be done through GCash.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
★ NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT
➢ The video unboxing shall begin from the product being inside the parcel and the packaging shall not be
tampered. (Make sure the parcel is still sealed in the beginning of the video)
➢ Outbox damage and discoloration will not be considered as grounds for return & exchange nor refund.
★ Singularity.Mnl has the right to reject your request of Return & Exchange.
★ Return & Exchange shall only take place if we send you the wrong item.
UPDATES
★ The admins of Singularity.Mnl will be posting updates from time to time regarding the whereabouts of the products.
Updates may be seen in our twitter page with the label #SMnlUpdate, so make sure to check our page occasionally.
★ Questions that will be sent through our DM won’t be acknowledged unless the answer is nowhere to be found in our
update post.
★ When your parcel has been shipped out your tracking number can be found in our official masterlist. The official masterlist
can be found in our pinned tweet and in your email confirmation. Please make reading a habit and check your email inbox
often.
